COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
In line with CDC, Soccer DCF has adopted the following guidelines for its programming
at Aspiring Champions. Following these protocols is essential to our operations, and those who
cannot, or do not comply, may be asked to leave the facility either temporarily or
permanently, without return of any fees.
These guidelines may be updated at any time. In addition, while we believe these
guidelines reflect best practices, they cannot fully prevent or mitigate the spread of the

Symptoms, Exposure & Illness
If a participant or staffer is diagnosed with COVID-19, or is quarantined because
of suspected diagnosis, all participants will be notified.
Any participant exhibiting symptoms of acute respiratory illness, a fever of
100.4ºF, or is otherwise sick, must stay home.
Participants must stay home if any member of their household exhibits the same
If a participant, or any member of their household, has had known exposure to a
person with a COVID-19 diagnosis, you must immediately notify Soccer DCF. All
participants and staff who have been in contact with the exposed participant will
be notified immediately.
There are 10 minutes between each scheduled game.
Please leave the facility immediately after your game and do not shake hands with the opponent post-game.
Games will start and end on time with a running 40-minute clock though teams will each be permitted 1 "time-put" of 1 minute per game; however, the clock doesn't stop. It is only a break in play.
There will be no warming up on the court or in any of the areas near the court.
There will be no team benches and all subs are required to practice social distancing.
There will be one coach per team on the sideline.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)/Masks
Soccer DCF, in its sole discretion, may require the use of masks as necessitated by current CDC and local public health guidance.
All participants, coaches and parents are required to wear masks when entering Aspiring Champions.
Players may remove masks while playing but must wear them when not in the game.
All players must use sanitizer upon when subbed out of a game.
Social distancing rules will be observed at all times.
One spectator of the participant may observe while practicing social distancing.
Spectators may be asked to leave in Soccer DCF's sole discretion if non-compliant with any
protocols, including wearing masks.
If the league is cancelled prior to the start of the season then teams will receive 100% refunds. If 6 of the 8 games are played, and then the rest is cancelled it will be considered a complete season with no refunds as I have arranged with the facility to reschedule remaining games. If there is less than 6 games played, I will give partial prorated refunds also with the option to reschedule.
