



All New Main Line All-Girls Futsal League at the Baldwin School
The first season of the Main Line All-Girls Futsal League is an exciting opportunity for girls travel soccer teams U9-U18 as well as high school teams.
COMPETITION
Carefully analyzed according to PAGS stats, tournament play, and specific coaches requests - to ensure that each game is competitive.
REFEREES
Chosen from experienced female college players fromVillanova University, Haverford & Bryn Mawr Colleges, who are not only knowledgeable about the game, but also passionate about girls soccer!
In addition, each week we will be featuring a different expert dedicated to improving the female athlete. This will be a table set up where players and parents can speak to the expert and gather information about such topics as nutrition – with specific information about pre-game/post game recommendations, athletic training – prevention of injuries, speed training, dynamic stretching vs. static stretching, and other important topics.

What is futsal?
The word futsal is derived from the Spanish or Portuguese word for “soccer”, futbol or futebol, and the French or Spanish word for “indoor”, salon or sala. Futsal is played in all continents of the world by over 100 countries with 12 million players.
