founder & director // danielle c. fagan

Danielle is passionate about soccer. After earning an MBA and spending just under 10 years in corporate America, she decided to pursue her love of the game and share it with others. Taking what she learned on the soccer fields, in the classroom and in the business world, Danielle has created programs to help soccer players become better athletes and
all-around successful people in their pursuits beyond the field.

A player and coach at many levels, she has over 30 years of experience. A native of Massachusetts, Danielle participated in youth soccer as a member of local club teams, ODP and the Bay State Games. She continued her playing career at Division 1 Villanova University, where she captained the team in her final season.

While in graduate school at Villanova, Danielle served as an assistant coach for the women's team for three seasons, and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs, as well as other varsity sports during her last year of study.

Upon graduation and entry into the workforce, Danielle began to coach with Lower Merion Soccer Club. Danielle coached in LMSC for over 10 years, and has worked with many other local clubs including FC EUROPA and FC DELCO. She can also be found on many area soccer camp and academy staffs, as well as the Region 1 ODP Camp Staff.

In addition, Fagan was the Head Coach of the Conestoga High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team from 2004 through 2010 where she compiled a record of 116-15-5, as well as 5 League Titles,
1 District Title and 2 State Championships.  Danielle also spent a year as the Assistant Director of Coaching for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer where she oversaw the coaching education program.

In her free time, Danielle continues to challenge herself off the field as she hiked to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa in February 2007 and completed the Philadelphia Marathon in November 2010.

She frequently shares her own experiences with players to convey her philosophy. On the same trip to Africa in 2007, Danielle visited an orphanage to donate soccer gear and equipment and play soccer with the children; and as part of her marathon training, Danielle raised over $1,600 for the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of her grandmother.
